- My name is Julie Steiner. I am a 2007 Graduate from Hallmark Institute of Photography in Turners Falls, MA. I am a photographer working out of Sunbury, Pa. I grew up in a small town in central PA, but learned how to dream big quick. I was taught to follow my heart, and pursue my dreams. Enjoy my work.
